More shipping information

We currently ship goods to all areas of the UK.  We also ship the The Channel Islands, The Republic of Ireland and certain other countries in Europe.  If you are unsure whether we will ship to your country please check the list below and this will tell you all you need to know.

Shipping to the UK

We at American Soda aim to despatch all orders placed on the same day if ordered before 3:00pm or the very next business working day.(not Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays).  Please note our couriers do not deliver our parcels on a Saturday or Sunday.  Therefore, orders placed after 3pm on a Thurdsday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Friday to be delivered on the following Monday.  Orders placed on Friday after 3pm for a next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. 
If for any reason this cannot be achieved you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

We currently use DPD for next day deliveries, Yodel for our 3-5 day service and Fully Trackable Royal Mail delivery dependant on item weight during the checkout process.

A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no-one available to sign for your goods a card will usually left advising you of what action to take. This usually involves collecting the item from your local Royal Mail depot.

If it becomes apparent that your goods have been lost in the post, we will re-send your items at no additional charge after confirming the loss with Royal Mail. Please allow up to four weeks for confirmation from Royal Mail.
