    Fantastic and you can make mex muffins by adding corn with red paprika and a little onions. Wonderful with beans and salads!

    I wasn't to keen on the cornbread but the waffles it makes instructions on the packet is lovely the cornmeal is coarse and gives the waffle a nice texture nice using buttermilk as an alternative finish wit cheese
