"These are excellent for making the original Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie recipe! The cookies are soft and chewy and very moorish. I do not understand why they are labeled as 'cooking chocolate and not to be eaten raw' that is very funny as they are semi-sweet chocolate and delicious 'raw' as kids we always used to nibble them whilst making chocolate chip cookies, the taste is very different from milk chocolate more like a mix somewhere between dark chocolate and milk chocolate."
