I have to agree with everyone else - good in chocolate chip cookies, absolutely GREAT eaten straight from the bag.Dark, semi-sweet chocolate at its best (especially when you just want "that little handful" of chocolate happiness to keep you going!).

Being an American, I can tell the ONLY way to eat these morsels IS to eat them RAW! They are heaven in a cookie as well, and we do love to eat the raw cookie dough. However you like your chocolate you can't go wrong with these!

These are probably 'bitter' to English taste buds but absolute heaven to Americans. I agree there is no better way to eat them than 'raw'! These are also excellent for making a glossy chocolate frosting as the melting consistency is the best of any cooking chocolate - far superior to the Hersheys morsels. We don't use any other chocolate for cooking. Thank you for stocking them!

These are excellent for making the original Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie recipe! The cookies are soft and chewy and very moorish. I do not understand why they are labeled as 'cooking chocolate and not to be eaten raw' that is very funny as they are semi-sweet chocolate and delicious 'raw' as kids we always used to nibble them whilst making chocolate chip cookies, the taste is very different from milk chocolate more like a mix somewhere between dark chocolate and milk chocolate.
