When Adam Estilette and Jacob Frank became business partners in 1918 they began mixing cayenne peppers, spices, garlic and vinegar and allowing them to age. The result was a flavour-packed hot sauce that became known as Frank's RedHot and it hit the market in 1920.
It became an instant hit and over the following years the Frank's range expanded to include Ketchup, Buffalo WIngs Sauce, BBQ Sauce and Sweet Chili Sauce amongst others.
